Meet the principal
Scott Myatt PLS 9883
Scott is a California-licensed Professional Land Surveyor with approximately 11 years of experience in land surveying and geodesy.
His work spans private consulting and public infrastructure, supported by an ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering. That background informs a practice centered on careful research, technically rigorous measurements, and sound professional judgment.
Surveying requires more than collecting points. It means evaluating the records, weighing the evidence, understanding the purpose of the work, and communicating what the results mean for the property and the project.
